Ayurveda is the art and science of self healing. However, we could all use a guide on our path.
I have been dedicated to helping clients transform their health and thrive since 2004.
When it comes to guiding you to transform your health, three important steps come to mind:

INTENTION
You may have already been working on this step. You may have a sense of what you want, or why you are looking for guidance. If not, this is a good place to start getting clear.

To heal? To protect, preserve and enhance the health you have? To live in your highest potential?

I first want to help you develop a clear intention. If I know what you want more of, I will have a better sense of how to help you manifest that in your life.

You may be clear on what you want when it comes to your health, but you don’t know exactly how to get it. Wether it’s to heal your chronic digestive problems, resolve your anxiety and depression, or simply experience sustained, self-generated energy and vitality—we are all seeking something.
We often feel overwhelmed and confused by the mass of information at our fingertips; without the clarity of knowing what is right for us.

Through Ayurveda’s time-tested, simple, gentle, non-invasive, yet extremely powerful practices, I will help you transform every step of the way.
Your custom tailored plan of action will include:
- Specific dietary recommendations, including food lists, recipes and routines.
- Lifestyle practices; simple ways to care for yourself, fill your tank and feel great in the skin you’re in; together with diet, creates the foundation for physical transformation.
- Subtle therapies—Yoga, pranayama (breath work), meditation, aromatherapy, color therapy, sound therapy—to guide your senses toward balance, supporting the emotional and spiritual aspects of your health.
- Herbal & nutritional therapy, to expedite the healing process, fill any phytonutrient gaps, open up your detoxification pathways, rejuvenate from deep within.
- Seasonal, customized, guided deep detoxification-rejuvenation programs (Panchakarma) for when you want to get to the next level, need a reboot, or when we need to dig deeper… And
- Support, support, support! Each and every action in these categories requires support and education. I will make sure you are clear on what you are working on— not too much, just enough to progress forward—and together we will trouble shoot any challenges that come up along the way!

SURRENDER
It may seem like a strange final step to include in the healing process, especially in a culture that worships knowledge and action, but it is equally important and challenging.
Every second of every day, our bodies are trying to heal. Given the right circumstances, it can and it will. This is not a salesy guarantee, nor an empty promise, but more of an observation of nature and the abundance we are all a part of.
In order for the healing process to unfold, we must practice an element of surrender.
It’s not about living a “perfect” life. Vedic philosophies teach us that with all of our perceived imperfections, our life already is perfect. The key to everything, including the healing process, is a balance between action and stillness. Effort and surrender. Discovering and practicing our own unique expression of moderation.
I will strive to help you experience the balance you need in order to heal. Together we will find out what level of “moderation” is right for you, and then surrender.
